Installing actuator
1. Reinsert fixing bolts and SL retainer clips. Fix SL retainer
clips securely to fixing bolt with the hammer.
2. Secure actuator cable to the frame with cable ties. The
cable must be routed so that it does not rub or get
trapped.
3. To complete, check all seat tilting functions.
4.11.5 Replacing lifter actuator
Tools:

Screwdriver flat, width 6 mm
•
Large screwdriver
•
Flat screwdriver
1. Remove legrests.
2. Run the lifter up to top position, if possible.
3. Switch controls OFF on the remote.
4. Secure seat.
5. Pull actuator plug.
6. Bottom fixing bolt (2) secured with snap rings – Remove
snap ring using a screwdriver. Remove bolt.
7. Top fixing bolt (3) with slot – Loosen fixing bolt with
screwdriver. Remove bolt.
8. Replace actuator.
9. Reassembly of actuator takes place in reverse order.
10. Connect actuator cable plug to actuator.
11. To complete, check tilting function.
If the lifter cannot be raised, a cover can be
removed from the upper rear side of the module.
This way it is possible to reach the lower fixation
bolt of the actuator.
4.11.6 Replacing lifter/tilt module
CAUTION!
Risk of crushing
The seat is very heavy. Danger of injury to hands
and feet.
– Use proper lifting techniques.
