Personal Greeting
You can create and display a 12-character personal greeting
that displays in Standby mode and when you turn on the
phone.
To create a personal greeting:
1. Press
to display the Main Menu.

Note:The text entry on your greeting screen defaults to T9 as
shown in the lower right of the display. Press
your text input modes. Select one of the other three options
(Alpha, Symbol, or Number) or leave it in T9 input mode. For

4. Enter your personal greeting by pressing the alphanumer-
ic keys on the keypad.

Animation Display
Your phone displays graphics images when it is turned on or
off.This setting is just for fun and grins so have fun with it.
You have a few graphics to select from for these power on
and off images. Here's how to do it:

Displaying your own Phone Number
Your phone number displays every time you turn on the
phone (unless you set it to hide; see "Hiding your Phone
Number" on page 79). From Standby mode, or when you are
on the phone, you can display your phone number from the
Main Menu.
To view your phone number from Standby mode:
