Disassembly
2. Remove the retaining ring E6 (BK) from the needle bar shaft. Pull out the needle bar shaft from the
washer plain S8, the needle bar driving lever and the washer plain S8. Remove the retaining ring E6
from the needle bar shaft.
3. Remove the two screws (set screw, socket (CP) M4x4) to remove the needle bar balance assy from the
needle bar rod shaft.
*Assembling note
• Fully tighten the screw after performing
4. Remove the two screws (set screw, socket (CP) M4x4) to remove the needle bar driving lever from the
needle bar rod shaft.
*Assembling note
• Check that the screw (A) is contact to the cut surface of the needle bar rod shaft.
5. Remove the needle bar rod from the needle bar rod shaft.
6. Remove the retaining ring E4 from the needle bar rod shaft.
