CONSOLE FEATURES

The console is easy to use and offers an array of
features designed to make your workouts more
effective and enjoyable. The features are described
as below :
Scan—This mode will rotate through the following
functions:TIME,SPEED, DIST., CAL., ODO., RPM
and PULSE .Each display will be hold for 4 seconds.
Distance [DIST.]—This mode displays the distance
of your exercice, in kilometers.
Vitesse [SPD]—This mode displays the speed of
your exercice, in Kilometers per hour(Km/h).
Temps [TIME]— This mode displays the total time of
your exercice.
Odomètre [ODO]—This mode displays the total
distance after installing the batteries.
Calories [CAL]—This mode displays the total
amount of burnt calories of your exercice.
Pulse [PULSE]—This mode displays a estimatimation
of your heart rate.
HOW TO USE THE CONSOLE
Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly into
the console (2 AA size batteries). If there is a sheet
of plastic, remove it before placing the batteries.
1. Turn on the console
To turn on the console, simply start pedaling or
press a console's button.
2. Press the arrow buttons
Press the arrow buttons to choose the data you
want to display. Follow the name of the value at the
top of the screen.
They are indicated as follows:
SCAN, SPD, DIT, TIME, ODO, CAL and PULSE.
You can also use the SCAN function (default) to see
the info on the screen scrolling automatically every 6
seconds.
By holding down the ENTER button for more than 3
seconds, the values will be reset.
3. Begin pedaling and follow your progress on
the console
Once you start pedaling,the console will display the
selected mode.
4. When you finish the exercise, the console
stops automatically
If the pedals do not move for several seconds, the
console will pause. If neither the pedals nor the
buttons on the console are touched for several
minutes, the console will turn off to conserve battery
power.
Press this button until ODO is displayed, the display
will show the total distance done.
