(8.1). White Balance 6 500°K ATW Limit R
Adjustment
Test Point:
Video Output Cable
8 Change the Colour Temperature from 3 200°K to 6 500°K
by mounting the Colour Temperature Conversion Filters
on the Lens.
8 Aim the Camera at the White Chart or White Paper.
8 Set the Gain Control of the Vectorscope to maximum.
8 Adjust data with the ARROW keys so that the vector
shifts 10 % (Burst=100 %) to the Cyan side of the
Vectorscope as shown in Fig.5-10.
8 Press the ENTER key for next adjustment.
(8.2). White Balance 6 500°K ATW Limit B

Test Point:
Video Output Cable
8 Keep the Colour Temperature at 6 500°K.
8 Aim the Camera at the White Chart or White Paper.
8 Set the Gain Control of the Vectorscope to maximum.
8 Adjust data with the ARROW keys so that the vector
shifts 10 % (Burst=100 %) to the Cyan side of the
Vectorscope as shown in Fig.5-10.
8 Repeat adjustment steps (8.1) and (8.2) until vector shifts
10 % (Burst=100 %) to the Cyan side of the Vectorscope.

(9.1). 3 200°K R Gain Adjustment
Test Point:
Video Output Cable
8 Return the Colour Temperature from 6 500°K to 3 200°K
by removing the Colour Temperature Conversion Filters
from the Lens.
8 Aim the Camera at the Colour Chip Chart.
8 Adjust data with the ARROW keys so that the Red gain
becomes 220 % ± 5 %.
8 Press the ENTER key for next adjustment.
Note: Chrominance phase and gain are adjusted to proper
position as shown in Fig. 5-11 and Table 5-2.

becomes 120 % ± 5 %.
8 Press the ENTER key for next adjustment.
Note: Chrominance phase and gain are adjusted to proper
position as shown in Fig. 5-11 and Table 5-2.
(9.3). 3 200°K Phase Adjustment
Test Point:
Video Output Cable
8 Keep the Colour Temperature at 3 200°K.
8 Adjust data with the ARROW keys so that the Red vector
phase becomes 108° ± 2°.
8 Repeat adjustment steps (9.1) to (9.3) until both
Chrominance phase and gain are adjusted to proper posi-
tion as shown in Fig. 5-11 and Table 5-2.

8 Change the Colour Temperature from 3 200°K to 5 100°K
by mounting the Colour Temperature Conversion Filter on
the Lens.
8 Aim the Camera at the Colour Chip Chart.
8 Adjust data with the ARROW keys so that the Red gain
becomes 220 % ± 5 %.
8 Press the ENTER key for next adjustment.
