3.2 ounces of oil with 1 gallon of unleaded gasoline. Included with this saw is a 3.2 ounce container of Poulan/Weed Eater brand oil. Pour the entire contents of this con- tainer into 1 gallon of gasoline to achieve the proper fuel mixture.
S Push the choke knob in completely (to the OFF position); pull the starter rope until the engine starts. CHOKE (SIDE VIEW) Choke knob FULL S Allow the engine to run for approximately 5 seconds. Then, squeeze and release throttle trigger to allow engine to return to idle speed.
Release the throttle trigger as soon as the cut is completed, allowing the en- gine to idle. If you run the saw at full throttle without a cutting load, unnec- essary wear can occur to the chain, bar, and engine. To avoid losing control when cut is complete, do not put pressure on saw at end of cut.
