Disconnecting USB cable
Follow the procedures below when disconnecting the USB cable to prevent damage to data.
1. Tap [Turn off USB storage] displayed on the screen of your "WALKMAN."
If that message is not displayed on the screen, swipe the status bar, then tap [Turn off
USB storage] on the notification panel.
Hint
Press the
(Power) button if the screen of your "WALKMAN" is off.
2. Disconnect the USB cable.
Note
Do not disconnect the USB cable while transferring data.
