i) Using Group Pickup

Group Pickup refers to picking up a call which is incoming at a colleague that belongs to the
same pickup group. Configuring a pickup group requires the delivery of a customer-specific
service by gnTel. By default, gnTel uses the internal number 899 for group pickup, unless the
customer or partner requests another internal number to be used.
If a used account is part of a pickup group that was configured by gnTel, a call towards another
member of the same pickup group can be picked up by 'calling' the number 899.

j) Configuring and using voicemail

In the PI the voicemailbox is coupled to the Phone Account, see 'Phone account detail'
(screenshot). The Account code is the Phone account (number), the Voicemail box is identified
by a 3-digit number.
On the handset, the settings described below should be in place.
Press the central navigation button ⊳ go to the voicemail icon (cassette tape) ⊳ go to the
second option: 'Network Mailboxes'. Now the configured connections are shown (IP1, IP2, ...).
Click on the connection of which the settings have to be verified or altered.
Status: 'On' or 'Off'. Network Mailbox: 1233.
Programming the handset to make pressing the digit '1' be the initiation of a call to 1233 is
done as follows: central navigation button ⊳ voicemail icon (cassette tape) ⊳ go to 'Set Key 1'.
Now one of the connections (IP1, IP2, ...) can be selected.
If a connection is chosen that does not yet have a Network Mailbox number configured, a menu
will be seen in which the number of the Network Mailbox can be entered: the number 1233.
Select the status 'On' and press 'Save'. The handset will confirm that the settings have been
saved.
Listening to voicemails is started by pressing the digit 1 for 2 seconds; this will initiate a call
over the chosen connection to the voicemail system. Now the system will ask for the number
of the voicemailbox (inside that customer) and the pincode of the voicemailbox.
