ii. Call flow setting from the handset
Press the central navigation button on the handset ⊳ navigate to the tools icon ⊳ go to the
sixth option in the list: 'Telephony' and click 'OK'.
1. Go to 'Send Connections' and click 'OK'.
Select the handset (name) that needs a change of settings ⊳ click 'OK'.

Pressing the left and right side of the central navigation button ⊳ choose an option; it is

possible to choose using one of the connections (Phone accounts) for all outgoing calls
from this handset, another possibility is: 'Sel. at each call' (for each individual outgoing
call choose a conncetion).
After making a choice ⊳ click 'Save' (and 'Back'); now it is possible to do the same for

another handset.
When the outgoing call flow settings for all handsets are as desired ⊳ press the

disconnect button (with the red handset on it) several times to return to the starting
screen,
2. Go to 'Rec. Connections' and click 'OK'.
Select the handset (name) that needs a change of settings ⊳ click 'OK'.

A list with connections is shown; for each connection select if incoming calls will ('Yes')

or will not ('No') be offered on this handset.
When these choices have been made ⊳ click 'Save'; now it is possible to do the same

for another handset.
When the incoming call flow settings for all handsets are as desired ⊳ press the

disconnect button (with red handset on it) several times to return to the starting screen,

c) Ringtones

Press the central navigation button on the handset ⊳ navigate to the tools icon ⊳ go to the
second option in the list: 'Audio Settings' ⊳ press 'OK' ⊳ go to the third option: 'Ringtones
(Handset)' ⊳ press 'OK' ⊳ go to the second option: 'Melodies'.
For internal calls it is possible to choose a distinctive ringtone and for each connection it is
possible to choose a distinctive ringtone for external incoming calls.

d) Language in the web interface

Changing the language in the web interface: log off from the web interface ➡ log in again ➡
before entering the system PIN, choose the language to be used for menus and dialogs.

e) Date and time settings

In the web interface go to 'Settings' ➡ 'Management' ➡ 'Date and time'.
Enter the following settings: 'Time server' = ntp.gntel.nl, 'Time zone' = GMT + 01:00,
'Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes' = Yes, and click on 'Set'.
