    SECTION 3 DISASSEMBLY Main body section 3.1.1 Removing the metal cover (See Figs. 1 to 4) (1) From the both sides of the main body, remove the four screws A attaching the metal cover. (See Figs. 1 and 2.) Metal cover (2) From the back side of the main body, remove the three screws B attaching the metal cover.

  • Page 30 Speaker section 3.4.1 Removing the amplifier assembly (See Figs.1 to 3) (1) From the back side of the speaker main body, remove three screws A attaching the amplifier assembly. (See Fig.1.) (2) From the bottom side of the speaker main body, remove the eight screws B attaching amplifier assembly.

(1) From the back side of the amplifier assembly, remove the six screws C and screw D attaching the rear panel. (See Fig.4.) (2) Take out the rear panel with fan motor backward from the amplifier assembly.

CN102 Trans board (1) From the top side of the amplifier assembly, disconnect the wire from the connector CN102 on the trans board. (2) Remove the parallel wire from the wire clamp.
  • Page 36 3.4.12 Removing the side panel assembly (See Figs.19 and 20) (1) From right side of the speaker main body, insert the tip of the flat-bladed screwdriver or similar tool into the space be- tween the speaker main body and side panel assembly, and lift the side panel assembly little by little to remove.
  • Page 37 3.4.13 Removing the speaker (See Figs.21 and 22) • Prior to performing the following procedure, remove the side panel assembly. (1) From right side of the speaker main body, remove the eight screws T attaching the speaker. (See Fig.21.) (2) Take out the speaker from the speaker main body. (3) Disconnect the wires (black and red) from the terminal of the speaker.

    SECTION 4 ADJUSTMENT Special mode 4.1.1 Outline The contents in the special mode of operation, and the definition of a key (remote controller or main unit) 4.1.2 Special mode 1.DVD TEST MODE It goes into the TEST mode of DVD. DVD TEST mode is canceled by except DVD source, and POWER OFF.
  • Page 39 5.FORCED NTSC MODE It is made compulsive NTSC mode. From this, with regards to the input of NTSEL_SW, there is nothing only at the time of 1st power on, and it performs NTSC starting. (Command specification is performed to a module.) A mode clearance is performed by power off.
