(Air Conditioning): Press this but-
ton to turn the air conditioning system
on or off. A light indicates that the air
conditioning is activated.
(Recirculation): Press this button
to recirculate cabin air through the vehi-
cle. A light indicates that the air is being
recirculated. This feature can be used to
prevent outside air and odors from
entering your vehicle or to help heat or
cool the air inside your vehicle more
quickly.
(Defog): This mode directs air to
the windshield, side window outlets and
floor outlets.
(Defrost): This mode directs most
of the air to the windshield and some air
to the side window outlets.
When the defog or defrost mode is
selected, the system automatically turns
off the recirculation mode because out-
side air is needed to remove interior
moisture from the vehicle.
(Rear Window Defogger): Press
this button to activate the rear window
defogger. It will shut off automatically.
