SYMPTOM: Starter motor works, but the engine won't start.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
out of fuel
flooded engine
loose or unconnected spark
plug caps
loose battery cables
weak battery
If Your Engine Quits or Won't Start
Fill the fuel tank.
