Remove dirt and dust on the surface if any and wipe it with a clean dry cloth. Use the recording paper (6ZPTS00108) as specified by JRC. The use of any other unspecified paper may cause recording density blurs, abnormal paper feed, much dust, resulting in the damage of the recording device.

• “BK” is an abbreviation of “BREAK”, which means the disconnection of the antenna from JAX-9B. If JAX-9B is installed with a radio transmitting equipment such as a HF transceiver, the BK signal sent from the transceiver disconnects the antenna from JAX-9B and protects the internal receiver against the inductive radio waves from the transceiver.

2.8.2. Setting operation For connecting to the Remote Maintenance System, it is unnecessary to operate JAX-9B. JAX-9B outputs the maintenance data to the Remote Maintenance server only by connecting the output port of JAX-9B to the input port of Remote maintenance Server.
