Check to see if the rear
vent catalyst (or possibly
main catalytic converter)
is clogged. Clean and/or
replace if necessary.
Obtain a firmware
update from TurboChef
technical support and
update the oven firm-
ware (page 32).
If complaints continue,
replace the display.
Troubleshooting:
Steam Present During or After Cooking
Perform both the daily and quarterly
cleaning procedures (pages 5-6). Verify the
ventilation holes on the rear vent catalyst
housing cover are not blocked with debris.
Steam still present
Is the rear vent catalyst
cover installed properly?
YES
(see page A-2, item 25).

Does the speaker

a button?
NO
Unplug the oven for
10 seconds and plug it

back in. Did the speaker
come back?
Install the rear vent
catalyst housing cover

Replace the speaker and
