• You have activated the Fixed
Dial Number feature.
• You have entered an incorrect
PIN code three consecutive times.
• The phone book's memory is
already full.
Go to Settings > Security > Fixed Dial Numbers
and select OFF to turn this feature off.
Contact your service provider. If the service
provider provides the SIM card's PUK code, use the
PUK code to unlock the SIM card.
Delete unnecessary data from the Contacts.
