Problem
Keyboard does not work.
Possible causes
The PS/2 keyboard was connected after
your computer was powered on.
Possible remedies
Make sure the keyboard is firmly
connected to the PS/2 keyboard port
(purple port) or USB port. If it does not
work, contact your HP authorized service
provider for assistance.
