. Install the Wacom Tablet and Driver Software
USB tablet installation requires a Windows 98 or 2000 system with USB port. After completing the
LCD Monitor installation, you need to complete the Wacom Tablet installation.
If your computer is off, turn it on and login, then insert the Wacom CD into your computer's
CD-ROM drive.
Plug the USB cable from the PL-500 into an available USB port on your computer. See E in the
connection diagram. The New Hardware Found dialog box will display.
Windows 98:
At the Add New Hardware Wizard, click Next.
Select the option Search for the best driver for your device (recommended) and click
Next.
Check the CD-ROM drive option and click Next.
Select the Updated driver (recommended) option and click Next.
