5.4 Setting your WAP6405 to AP Mode

To use your WAP6405 as an access point, see

Connect your computer to the LAN port of the WAP6405.

Open a web browser such as Internet Explorer and type "http://192.168.1.2" as the web address in

your web browser.
Note: If you use the static LAN IP address to access the WAP6405's web configurator,
make sure your computer's IP address is in the range between "192.168.1.3" and
"192.168.1.254".
Enter "1234" (default) as the password and click Login.

Type a new password and retype it to confirm, then click Apply. Otherwise, click Ignore.
