ELECTRICAL ADJUSTMENT

1. ELECTRICAL ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES

<Before Adjustment>
IK-TF9P provides digital outputs. The image cannot
be displayed on the normal TV monitor. To display the
image, use the PC and the Camera Link input device.
As for the preparation of the adjustments, the required
equipments, connection diagrams and initial settings are
described in the item 1-1.
The total adjustments containing all adjustment proce-
dures are described in the item 1-2 to overhaul theunit.
Adjust from the beginning to the last step by step.
Don't omit any procedure, otherwise the adjustment will
be incorrect.

Preparations

1-1-1. Equipment Required
· RGB cable (to connect the PC monitor)
· Oscilloscope
· Digital voltmeter
· PC monitor
· PC (with a frame grabber installed)
· Lens
· Plastic chip screwdriver
· Gray scale chart, color bar chart
· Lights
(TOSHIBA photo reflector lamp 500W x 2, or a
halogen lamp 500W x 2)
· PoCL Cable (EXC-CL05S)

1. Remove all cables connected to Camera.
2. Remove six screws(2) fixing the unit top cover(1).
