Arm Assembly

Remove the top board assembly. (See Procedure 1.)

Remove the key cover assembly. (See Procedure 3.)

Remove the keyboard assembly. (See Procedure 8.)

Remove the five (5) screws marked [8], the five (5)
screws marked [7]. The arm assembly can then be
removed. (Fig. 12)

The right and left arm assembly can be removed in
the same manner.

PL Circuit Board
10-1 Remove the top board assembly. (See Procedure 1.)
10-2 Remove the key cover assembly. (See Procedure 3.)
10-3 Remove the control panel assembly. (See Procedure 5.)
10-4 Remove the keyboard assembly. (See Procedure 8.)
10-5 Remove the screw marked [3c]. The PL circuit
board can then be removed. (Fig. 9)

HP Circuit Board
11-1 Remove the four (4) screws marked [54]. The
headphone jack unit can then be removed. (Fig. 13)
11-2 Remove the two (2) hexagonal nuts marked [30].
The HP circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 13)

Speakers
12-1 Disconnect the speaker cable. (Fig. 14)
12-2 Remove the eight (8) screws marked [Ba].
12-3 Place a soft blanket or similar material on the floor
near a wall, close the CVP-105 keybord cover, place
the front panel of the CVP-105 (the side of the
keyboard) on the blanket and gently lean the unit
against the wall.
Making sure that the unit can not fall. (Fig. 16)
12-4 Remove the eight (8) screws marked [Bb]. The
speaker box assembly can then be removed. (Fig. 14)
12-5 Remove the twenty (20) screws marked [27]. The SP
top board assembly can then be removed. (Fig. 15)
12-6 Remove the four (4) screws marked [26]. The right
speaker can then be removed. (Fig. 15)

The right and left speakers can be removed in the

Front and Rear Legs
13-1 Place a soft blanket or similar material on the floor
near a wall, close the CVP-105 keybord cover, place
the front panel of the CVP-105 (the side of the
keyboard) on the blanket and gently lean the unit
against the wall.
Making sure that the unit can not fall. (Fig. 16)
13-2 Disconnect the PK cable. (Fig. 16)
13-3 Remove the twelve (12) screws marked [C]. The
rear leg can then be removed.(Fig. 16)
13-4 Remove the five (5) screws marked [D]. The front
leg can then be removed. (Fig. 17)
