Procedure

1 Align the screw holes on the optical-drive interposer with the screw holes on the
palm rest and keyboard assembly.
2 Replace the screws that secure the optical-drive interposer to the palm rest and
keyboard assembly.
3 Connect the optical-drive interposer cable to the system board and the optical-
drive interposer.
4 Insert the optical-drive interposer cable into the latch and press the latch down
to secure the cable.
5 Close the latch that secures the optical-drive interposer cable to the system
board.
6 Route the display cable through the routing guide and connect it to the system
board.
