Following functions are provided with a message transmission.

Network parameter read
Log data read
Log data clear

Performs data read/write per word unit (one address 16 bits) to the
virtual address space (32-bit address space) of other node from the
network.
Reads network parameter information of other node from network.
Reads log information of other node from network.
Clears log information (Refer to page 85) of other node from network.
Reads system parameter of device profile of other node from
network.
Returns message data received then performs message
communication test of device.
