SENSOR OUTPUT VOLTAGE ADJUSTMENT (PEDAL DRIVE UNIT)
a. Voltage adjustment of the loud pedal
Adjustment the voltage with the VR1 and VR2 so that when the loud pedal is pressed, an output voltage of CNP pin #1
on the pedal sensor PCB will be 2.65 V or higher, the LED1 (red) will be lit, and the output voltage will be 3.50±0.1 V.
b. Voltage adjustment of the soft pedal
Adjustment the voltage with the VR3 and VR4 so that when the soft pedal is pressed, an output voltage of CNP pin #2 on
the pedal sensor PCB will be 3.61 V or higher, the LED2 (green) will be lit, and the output voltage will be 3.85±0.1 V.
* Use the VR2 and VR4 for fine adjustment.
* Refer to the DISKLAVIER II Maintenance Handbook Vol.III for mechanical adjustments.
