. Set Selector Switch to ٠��.
2. Press Function Button until 'oL' and MΩ
appear on the display.
3. Connect the test leads to circuit or
component.
4. Read value on the display.

Diode test

. The diode should be disconnected from
circuit. Required forward voltage must be
< V.
2. Set Selector Switch to ٠��.
3. Press Function Button until � appears in
display.
4. Connect red test lead to anode and black
test lead to cathode of the diode. A good
diode has a forward voltage drop of about
0.6 V. An open or reverse biased diode will
read 'oL'.

Continuity test

. Set the Selector Switch to ٠��.
2. Press Function Button until Ω appears in
display.
3. Connect test leads to the circuit. Beeper
sounds when resistance is <35 Ω.
4. The display will show the resistance or 'oL'
for an open circuit.
