Operator Service Features
1. Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE/MONITOR button.
2. Dial the feature number (7 ) and 2.

3. Dial the desired extension number or DSS button on which has the
Timed Reminder set.
<Example>
If "10:10" has been set, the display shows:
4. Hang up or press the SP-PHONE button.
When the telephone is idle and on-hook;
1. Press the Alert button whose indicator lights red.
• The display shows the room number.
<Example>
• Pressing the Alert button repeatedly shows other unresponded
room numbers, if any.
• To clear the displayed room number, press the CLR (S2) button.
1. Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE/MONITOR button.
2. Press the Alert button whose indicator lights red.
• You hear the ringback tone.
• If the guest answers your call, the Alert button indicator turns
off.
