Door mirror heating
The door mirror heating is ready for operation
when the ignition is switched on.
Switching on
f Turn control switch to position B.
Both door mirrors are heated.
Switching off
f Change the control switch position.
Storing door mirror settings
On vehicles with seat memory, individual door
mirror settings can be stored on the person
buttons of the seat memory and on the vehicle
keys and recalled with these.
For further information on calling up and storing
the seat and door mirror settings on vehicles with
seat memory:
f Please observe the chapter "FRONT SEATS
WITH MEMORY" on Page 33.

Swivelling down mirror glass as
parking aid
When reverse gear is engaged, the mirror on the
passenger's side swivels down slightly to show
the kerb area.
Preconditions
– Vehicle must be equipped with seat memory.
– Control switch A must be turned to position C
(passenger mirror adjustment).
– Reverse gear must be engaged.
Moving mirror to its initial position
The mirror swivels back to its initial position when:
– The vehicle is shifted out of reverse gear or
f The position of the control switch for door
mirror adjustment is changed.
