The total number of mails received and pending on the server is displayed
on the top of the screen, as well as the number of pages needed to display
all headers.
Your mobile phone retrieves five e-mails headers at a time. If
(respectively Previous) appears at the end (respectively beginning) of the
Æ
list, other e-mails headers are pending: select one of the available options
and press
to retrieve them.
Once retrieved, the e-mail header informs you of the address it was sent
from, its subject if any, the date and time at which it was sent. The
following status icons may appear in regards to each header:
The e-mail can be downloaded.
The e-mail size is too large, it cannot be downloaded.

The e-mail is marked to be deleted (see "Delete e-mails"

Once you have retrieved the e-mail headers, press

e-mail corresponding to a selected header.
You can also press

from the available options.
Your mobile phone then downloads the corresponding e-mail.
If the e-mail is too big (over 10 Kb), it is rejected and the download is cancelled.
Repeat step 1 to download the e-mails of other selected headers.
An e-mail without attachment is automatically displayed in the message
details screen. Once you read it, press
menu options.
