Using the slim fry features

The 8 Slim Fry features include/provide pre-programmed cooking times. You do
not need to set either the cooking times or the power level. You can adjust the Slim
Fry category by turning the Multi Function Selector Dial.
IMPORTANT
Use only recipients that are microwave-safe.
Open the door. Place the food in the centre of the turntable. Close the door.

1. Press the Slim Fry button.

2. Select the type of food that you are
cooking by turning the Multi Fuction
Selector Dial. Refer to the table on the
following page for a description of the
various pre-programmed settings. At that
time, press the OK button to select the
type of food.
3. Select the size of the serving by turning
the Multi Function Selector Dial.
4. Press the START/+30s button.
Result: The food is cooked according

to the pre-programmed setting
selected. When it has finished.
1) The oven beeps 4 times.
2) The end reminder signal will beep
3 times (once every minute).
3) The current time is displayed again.
Slim fry guide
The following table presents the 8 Slim Fry auto programmes for frying. It contains
its quantities and appropriate instructions. You will use less oil compared to frying
with oil fryer, while you will get tasty results. Programmes are running with a
combination of convection, top heater and microwave energy.

Instructions
Place frozen prawns on the crusty
plate, then place the plate on the high
rack.
Place frozen chicken nuggets on the
crusty plate, then place the plate on
the high rack.
Place frozen mini spring rolls on the
crusty plate, then place the plate on
the high rack.
Peel potatoes and cut into sticks with
a thickness of 10×10 mm. Soak in
cold water for 30-40 minutes (Put
some salt in the cold water for the
osmotic pressure.) Dry them with a
towel then brush with 5 g oil. (Have
to remove the moisture completely.
Otherwise, potatoes may get scorched
and stick to the bottom of the tray.)
Place them on the crusty plate, then
place the plate on the high rack.
Place frozen potato wedges on the
crusty plate, then place the plate on
the high rack.
