Troubleshooting

The table below give indication about self diagnostic routine. Some of error code requires activities exclusively for Authorized
Service Center.
Outdoor unit
If an error occurs during the operation, it is displayed on the outdoor unit PCB LED, both MAIN PCB and INVERTER PCB.

Communication error between indoor unit and outdoor unit
(Pre tracking failure or when actual number of indoor units
are different from the indoor unit quantity setting on the

3. Check if there's any blockage on refriger-
ant cycle(indoor unit/outdoor unit)
4. Check if additional refrigerant has been
added after pipe extension
