Recording motion pictures

Change the mode to
Recording Mode. (l 25)
≥ Extract the LCD monitor.

Press the recording start/
stop button B to start
recording.
A When you begin recording, REC
(red) is displayed.
≥ Recording will stop when you press
the recording start/stop button again.

Recording still pictures

≥ Register [CAPTURE] to a USER button. (l 35)

Change the mode to Recording Mode. (l 25)
≥ Extract the LCD monitor.

Press the USER button to which [CAPTURE] is registered or touch the
applicable USER button icon to record a still picture.
≥ For information on the locations of the USER buttons and information on USER button icons,
refer to page 35.
≥ When still pictures are being recorded, the remaining recordable number of still pictures and the
still picture indication
