Remarks
Allows you to set members of Scan List 3. "XXX" denotes the selected
scan list member. "_ _ _" shows that no scan list member is selected.
User can also use the button or the
valid channel list and press PTT to set the selection. Or user can directly
enter valid channel number via keypad and press PTT to set the selection.
