AUTOWIPERS

Maximum autowipe.

Minimum autowipe.
The wipers will function when the rain
sensor detects water on the windshield.
Use the rotary control to adjust the
sensitivity of the rain sensor.
When you select maximum autowipe, the
wipers will operate when the sensor detects
a small amount of water on the windshield.
When you select minimum autowipe, the
wipers will operate when the sensor detects
a large amount of water on the windshield.
The rain sensor will continue to monitor the
amount of water on the windshield and
adjust the speed of the wipers
automatically.
AUTOLAMPS

The headlamps will switch on and off
automatically in low light situations or
during inclement weather.

POWER WINDOWS

To reduce wind noise or buffeting when just
one window is open, open the opposite
window slightly.
Resetting the Bounce-Back Feature
If you have disconnected the battery, you
must reset the bounce-back memory
separately for each window.
1.
Lift and hold the switch until the
window is fully closed.
2. Release the switch.
3. Lift the switch again for one more
second.
4. Press and hold the switch until the
window is fully open.
5. Release the switch.
6. Lift and hold the switch until the
window is fully closed.
7.
Open the window and then try to close
it automatically.
8. Reset and repeat the procedure if the
window does not close automatically.
HINTS ON CONTROLLING THE
INTERIOR CLIMATE
General Hints
Note: Prolonged use of recirculated air may
cause the windows to fog up.
Note: To reduce fogging of the windshield
during humid weather, adjust the air
distribution control to the windshield air
vents position. Increase the temperature and
fan speed to improve clearing, if required.
