Before You Begin 
The Cerwin‐Vega CVX powered speaker series covered by this guide are designed for portable and 
certain fixed applications in which the speakers will be stacked directly on a floor, stage, stable 
platform, or mounted on a tripod stand, pole‐mount, or flown properly. Cerwin‐Vega does not 
support suspension of the subwoofer models covered by this guide nor are these models intended
for outdoor or high‐moisture fixed installations. Moisture can damage the speaker cone or 
surround and cause corrosion of electrical contacts so avoid exposing the speakers to direct 
moisture.  
 
Cerwin‐Vega speakers can generate considerable energy. When placed on a slippery surface such 
as polished wood or linoleum, the speaker may move due to its own mechanical vibration. 
Precautions should be taken to assure that the speaker does not fall off a stage or table on which it 
is placed. 
 
Some Cerwin‐Vega speakers include a receptacle cup to allow mounting of a satellite speaker on 
top of the subwoofer using a standard speaker pole shaft. When using a standard speaker pole 
shaft, be sure to observe the following precautions: 
 
• Check the speaker pole shaft specification to be certain it is designed to support the weight of the 
speakers. 
• Observe all safety precautions specified by the speaker pole shaft manufacturer. 
• Always verify that the subwoofer is placed on a flat, level, and stable surface. 
• Route cables so that performers, production crew, and audience will not trip over them, toppling 
the speaker. 
•  Always  be  cautious  in  windy,  outdoor  conditions  as  the  stability  of  the  entire  system  may  be 
compromised. 
 
Cerwin‐Vega speakers are easily capable of generating sound pressure levels (SPL) sufficient to cause 
permanent hearing damage to performers, production crew and audience members. Caution should 
be taken to avoid prolonged exposure to SPL in excess of 90 dB(A).

  • Page 3: Loudspeaker Placement

      Quick Set‐Up  The steps below provide a quick reference on how to setup and use a single loudspeaker. A typical  setup will follow the same basic steps.    Make sure the loudspeaker is unplugged.   Be sure the master switch is to set to the OFF position.   STEP 1  Turn the MAIN LEVEL to the lowest level (fully counter‐clockwise)   Check that the loudspeaker voltage selector is set to the same voltage as the  AC power outlet.     Place the loudspeaker in the ideal location.    STEP 2  Connect the source audio  equipment output to the loudspeaker INPUT. Be  sure the source equipment is powered on and set to a normal output level.        Connect the power cord to the loudspeaker and AC power outlet.     Set the master POWER switch to the ON position and verify the rear POWER  STEP 3  LED indicator is illuminated.      Slowly turn the MAIN LEVEL knob clockwise until the sound output is at the    desired level. If there is no sound, check to make sure the source equipment    is providing audio output.     When you are done using the loudspeaker, set the POWER switch to OFF BEFORE  NOTE ...
  • Page 4 CVX‐10/CVX‐15 ‐ Rear Panel  The CVX‐10/CVX‐15 powered loudspeaker has an assortment of controls and connections that cover  several applications. It is suggested to review the rear panel, as listed below, to take full advantage  of the product features.              INPUT 1, INPUT 2, INPUT 3 GAIN KNOBS  Each  GAIN  knob  adjusts  the  gain  level  on  the  respective  input  signal.  The  full  clock‐wise  position  (MAX) sets the gain level to maximum whereas a full counter‐clockwise (MIN) position sets the gain  level to the minimum/mute level.    INPUT 1, INPUT 2 MIC/LINE SWITCH  Set each switch according to the equipment connected to INPUT 1 and INPUT 2. For example, if a  microphone is connected to INPUT 1, set the switch to MIC.  If a mixing console or acoustic‐electric  guitar is connected, then set the switch to LINE.  (C)   SIGNAL/CLI P INDICATOR  Each of the inputs has a LED for status on the incoming audio signal – green for good, red for clipping.  The indicator turns red when the audio signal is clipping and adjustments must be made to avoid  amplifier shutdown and poor sound quality.  (D)  INPUT 1 & INPUT 2 INPUT JACKS  A combination input on each channel allows for either XLR or ¼” TRS cable types.     (E)  INPUT 3 INPUT JACKS  A pair of ¼” TS unbalanced input jacks is provided on this channel for stereo connections such as a ...
  • Page 5 (F)   THRU 1 & THRU 2 OUTPUT JACKS  The balanced XLR outputs THRU 1 & THRU 2 are parallel connections to the respective INPUT 1 and  INPUT 2. The level controls for INPUT 1 & INPUT 2  will not affect the signal on the direct output  connection.   (G)   MIX OUTPUT  This connection is designed to provide an output which combines all three input channels together  for connecting to another CVX powered speaker or a recording device.  This output is not affected  by changes to the MAIN LEVEL knob but is affected by the levels set on each channel GAIN knob.     (H) MAIN LEVEL KNOB & REMOTE VOLUME CONTROL  It is highly recommended to have the MAIN LEVEL set to the minimum (MIN) level upon initial system  start‐up and it can be adjusted two different ways. On the MAIN LEVEL knob, volume is increased in  a clockwise rotation and decreased in a counter‐clockwise rotation. Another method to control the  volume is by using the REMOTE connection. A removable three‐terminal jack can be wired over long  distances to a remote volume control device with a corresponding connection.    (I ) INDI CATORS  Three indicators provide operating condition status:  The POWER indicator (green) will illuminate when power is properly applied to the CVX  speaker and the main power switch is ON.   The CLIP indicator (yellow) will illuminate when the CVX speaker automatically reduces  the sound output to prevent damage to the speaker. While the CVX speaker is producing  sound, it is suggested to reduce the volume level so the CLIP indicator does not illuminate.  Continuing  use  of  the  CVX  speaker  while  this  indicator  is  illuminated  may  result  in  a  PROTECT condition where no sound can be produced. Note, upon initial power up the ...

    Installation rapide  Les étapes ci‐dessous fournissent une référence rapide sur la façon d'installer et d'utiliser une seul  enceinte. Une installation typique suit les mêmes étapes de base.   Assurez‐vous que l’enceinte est débranchée.  Assurez‐vous que l’interrupteur principal est positionné sur «OFF».   Mettez le VOLUME PRINCIPALE sur le niveau le plus bas (complètement à  ÉTAPE 1  gauche)   Veillez à ce que le sélecteur de tension de l'enceinte est réglé sur la même  tension que celle de la prise secteur.     Placez l'enceinte dans un bon emplacement.  ÉTAPE 2  Connectez la sortie de la source audio à l'entrée de l'enceinte. Veillez à ce  que la source soit allumée et réglée à un niveau de sortie normal.     Branchez le cordon d’alimentation dans l’enceinte et dans une prise secteur.  Positionnez l’interrupteur d’alimentation principal sur «ON» et vérifiez que  le témoin d’alimentation POWER situé à l’arrière est allumé.  ÉTAPE 3   Tourner lentement le bouton VOLUME PRINCIPAL dans le sens horaire  jusqu'au niveau souhaité. Si aucun son n'est émis, vérifiez que l'équipement  source reproduit de l'audio.    Lorsque vous aurez terminé d’utiliser l’enceinte, positionnez l’interrupteur  REMARQUE  d’alimentation sur «OFF» AVANT de débrancher les câbles et d’éteindre la  source audio.      Emplacement de l'enceinte  ...
  • Page 12 CVX‐10/CVX‐15 ‐ Panneau arrière  Les enceintes amplifiées CVX‐10/CVX‐15 sont dotées d'un ensemble de commandes et de  connexions qui couvrent plusieurs applications. Il est recommandé de comprendre le panneau  arrière, comme indiqué ci‐dessous, pour bénéficier pleinement des fonctionnalités du produit.          (A)  BOUTONS DE GAIN D'ENTREE 1, ENTREE 2, ENTREE 3  Chaque bouton de gain règle le niveau de gain du signal d'entrée respectif. La position  complètement à droite (MAX) définit le niveau de gain maximal tandis que la position  complètement à gauche (MIN) définit le niveau de gain minimal/muet.    COMMUTATEUR MIC/LINE ENTREE 1, ENTREE 2  Réglez chaque commutateur en fonction de l'équipement connecté à ENTREE 1 et ENTREE 2. Par  exemple, si un microphone est connecté à ENTREE 1, réglez le commutateur sur MIC. Si une  console de mixage ou une guitare électrique acoustique est connectée, réglez le commutateur sur  LINE.    TÉMOINS SIGNAL/CLIP  Chacune des entrées est dotée d'un témoin d’état du signal audio entrant, il est vert si le signal est  de bonne qualité, rouge si le signal est entrecoupé. Le témoin s'allume en rouge lorsque le signal  audio est entrecoupé et des réglages doivent être effectués pour éviter un arrêt de l'amplificateur  et une mauvaise qualité sonore.  (D)  CONNECTEURS FEMELLES D'ENTREE 1 et D'ENTREE 2  Une combinaison d'entrées sur chaque canal permet l’utilisation de câbles XLR et TRS ¼”.    (E)  CONNECTEURS FEMELLES D'ENTREE 3  Une paire de connecteurs femelles d'entrée asymétrique TS ¼” est fournie sur ce canal pour les  connexions stéréo telles que celles d'un clavier ou dispositif multimédia. Les appareils avec des  sorties RCA peuvent utiliser ces entrées avec un câble/adaptateur approprié. Les deux connecteurs  femelles d'entrée sur ce canal sont additionnés en un signal mono.  12   ...
  • Page 13   CONNECTEURS FEMELLES DE SORTIE THRU 1 et THRU 2  Les sorties symétriques XLR THRU 1 et THRU 2 sont des connexions parallèles aux entrées  respectives INPUT 1 et INPUT 2. Les commandes de niveau pour INPUT 1 et INPUT 2 n'affectent pas  le signal sur la connexion de sortie directe.  (G)   SORTIE MIX  Cette connexion est destinée à fournir une sortie qui combine les trois canaux d'entrée pour la  connexion d'une autre enceinte amplifiée CVX ou à d'un dispositif d'enregistrement. Cette sortie  n'est pas affectée par les modifications apportées par le bouton de VOLUME PRINCIPAL, mais par  les niveaux définis sur chaque bouton de GAIN de canal.    (H)   BOUTON DE VOLUME PRINCIPAL ET RÉGLAGE DU VOLUME À DISTANCE  Il est fortement recommandé d’avoir le VOLUME PRINCIPAL réglé au minimum (MIN) après le  démarrage initial du système et cela peut être effectué de deux manières différentes. Par le bouton  de VOLUME PRINCIPAL, le volume est augmenté lorsqu'on tourne le bouton dans le sens horaire et  diminué dans le sens antihoraire. Une autre méthode pour régler le volume consiste à utiliser la  connexion À DISTANCE. Une prise à trois bornes amovible peut être câblée et utilisée par à un  dispositif de réglage de volume sur de longues distances.      TÉMOINS  Trois témoins fournissent des informations sur l'état de fonctionnement:  Le témoin d’alimentation POWER (vert) s'allume lorsque l'alimentation est  correctement appliquée à l’enceinte CVX et l'interrupteur principal est sur ON (marche).  Le témoin CLIP (jaune) s’allume lorsque l’enceinte CVX réduit automatiquement la  puissance sonore pour éviter tout dommage. Lorsque l’enceinte CVX reproduit du son, il  est recommandé de réduire le niveau de volume de manière que le témoin CLIP reste  éteint. L’utilisation d’une enceinte CVX avec ce témoin allumé peut entraîner une  condition de PROTECTION où aucun son ne peut être reproduit. Remarque, ce témoin  clignote lors de la première mise en marche. Il s’agit d’un fonctionnement est normal.  Le témoin PROTECT (rouge) s'allume lorsque l’enceinte CVX se met automatiquement  dans un état où la reproduction sonore est arrêtée. Cette condition peut être le résultat  d’une limitation ou chaleur excessive ou d'une basse tension. Chacune de ces conditions  peut causer des dommages importants au produit.    RÉGLAGES PERSONNALISÉS  MODE PRINCIPAL/MONITEUR ...

  • Page 15 BOUTON DE VOLUME PRINCIPAL ET RÉGLAGE DU VOLUME À DISTANCE   Il est fortement recommandé d’avoir le VOLUME PRINCIPAL réglé au minimum (MIN) après le  démarrage initial du système et cela peut être effectué de deux manières différentes. Par le bouton  de VOLUME PRINCIPAL, le volume est augmenté lorsqu'on tourne le bouton dans le sens horaire et  diminué dans le sens antihoraire. Une autre méthode pour régler le volume consiste à utiliser la  connexion À DISTANCE. Une prise à trois bornes amovible peut être câblée et utilisée par à un  dispositif de réglage de volume sur de longues distances.    TÉMOINS  Trois témoins fournissent des informations sur l'état de fonctionnement:  Le témoin d’alimentation POWER (vert) s'allume lorsque l'alimentation est  correctement appliquée à l’enceinte CVX et l'interrupteur principal est sur ON (marche).  Le témoin CLIP (jaune) s’allume lorsque l’enceinte CVX réduit automatiquement la  puissance sonore pour éviter tout dommage. Lorsque l’enceinte CVX reproduit du son, il  est recommandé de réduire le niveau de volume de manière que le témoin CLIP reste  éteint. L’utilisation d’une enceinte CVX avec ce témoin allumé peut entraîner une  condition de PROTECTION où aucun son ne peut être reproduit. Remarque, ce témoin  clignote lors de la première mise en marche. Il s’agit d’un fonctionnement est normal.  Le témoin PROTECT (rouge) s'allume lorsque l’enceinte CVX se met automatiquement  dans un état où la reproduction sonore est arrêtée. Cette condition peut être le résultat  d’une limitation ou chaleur excessive ou d'une basse tension. Chacune de ces conditions  peut causer des dommages importants au produit.  RÉGLAGES PERSONNALISÉS    INVERSION DE POLARITÉ  Dans les cas où le subwoofer CVX n'est pas placé de façon optimale, un commutateur d'inversion  de polarité est prévu pour inverser la phase du signal audio de 180 degrés afin d'améliorer les  performances des basses fréquences.    MODE CARDIOÏDE  Les subwoofers CVX‐18s et CVX‐21s sont équipés d’une fonction MODE CARDIOÏDE. Cette fonction  est utile lorsque plusieurs subwoofers sont utilisés très proches les uns des autres et un rejet  d'audio arrière est nécessaire. Si un seul subwoofer est utilisé ou deux subwoofers sont éloignés  sur scène, le MODE CARDIOÏDE doit être laissé désactivé. Reportez‐vous au GUIDE D’UTILISATION  DE LA SÉRIE CVX pour plus d’informations sur le MODE CARDIOÏDE.    FRÉQUENCE DU CROSSOVER  Les subwoofers CVX‐18s et CVX‐21s sont dotés de deux réglages de fréquence de crossover.  Reportez‐vous au GUIDE D’UTILISATION DE LA SÉRIE CVX pour plus d’informations sur le choix du  meilleur réglage pour votre cas particulier.   ...

      Configuración rápida  Los pasos siguientes proporcionan una referencia rápida acerca de la configuración y uso de un  único altavoz. Una configuración típica constará de los mismos pasos básicos.   Asegúrese de que el altavoz esté desenchufado.  Asegúrese de que el interruptor maestro se encuentre en la posición ‘OFF’.   Baje el NIVEL PRINCIPAL al nivel más bajo (totalmente en el sentido  PASO 1  contrario a las agujas del reloj).   Compruebe que el selector de tensión del altavoz esté establecido en la  misma tensión que la toma de corriente CA.     Coloque el altavoz en la ubicación ideal.   Conecte la salida del equipo fuente de audio a la entrada del altavoz.  PASO 2  Asegúrese de que el equipo fuente esté encendido y establecido en un nivel  normal de salida.     Conecte el cable de alimentación al altavoz y a la toma de corriente CA.  Ponga el interruptor maestro de alimentación en la posición ‘ON’ y  compruebe que el LED indicador de ENCENDIDO esté iluminado.   PASO 3  Poco a poco vaya girando el mando del NIVEL PRINCIPAL en el sentido de las  agujas del reloj hasta que la salida de sonido llegue al nivel deseado. Si no  hay sonido, compruebe que el equipo fuente esté proporcionando salida de  audio.    Cuando termine de utilizar el altavoz, ponga el interruptor de ENCENDIDO en la  NOTA  posición ‘OFF’ ANTES de retirar cualquier cable y de apagar el equipo fuente de  audio.   ...

  • Page 27   Schnelleinrichtung  Die nachstehenden Schritte bieten eine schnelle Übersicht zur Einrichtung und Benutzung eines  einzelnen Lautsprechers. Eine typische Einrichtung folgt den gleichen grundlegenden Schritten.   Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Lautsprecher nicht angeschlossen ist.  Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich der Master‐Schalter in der OFF‐Position  befindet.   SCHRITT 1  Stellen Sie den MAIN‐LEVEL‐Knopf auf die niedrigste Stufe ein (bis zum  Anschlag gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen)   Prüfen Sie, ob der Spannungswähler des Lautsprechers auf die  Spannungsversorgung der Steckdose eingestellt ist.     Stellen Sie den Lautsprecher an einem geeigneten Ort auf.  Verbinden Sie den Ausgang des Audioeingangsgerätes mit dem EINGANG‐ SCHRITT 2  Anschluss des Lautsprechers. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Eingangsgerät  eingeschaltet und auf einen normalen Ausgangspegel eingestellt ist.     Schließen Sie das Netzkabel an den Lautsprecher und eine Steckdose an.  Bringen Sie den Master‐POWER‐Schalter in die ON‐Position und  vergewissern Sie sich, dass die POWER‐LED aufleuchtet.  SCHRITT 3   Drehen Sie den MAIN‐LEVEL‐Knopf langsam im Uhrzeigersinn bis zum  gewünschten Pegel. Falls kein Ton ausgegeben wird, prüfen Sie die  Tonausgabe des Eingangsgerätes.    Schalten Sie den Lautsprecher nach der Benutzung über den POWER‐Schalter  HINWEIS  aus, BEVOR Sie Kabel trennen oder das Audioeingangsgerät abschalten.   ...
  • Page 28   CVX‐10/CVX‐15 ‐ Rückwand  Der Aktivlautsprecher CVX‐10/CVX‐15 hat eine Reihe von Bedienelementen und Anschlüssen, die  verschiedene Einsatzmöglichkeiten abdecken. Sie sollten die Rückwand wie nachstehend gelistet  prüfen, damit Sie von allen Produktfunktionen und ‐merkmalen profitieren können.               GAIN‐Knöpfe EINGANG 1, EINGANG 2, EINGANG 3  Jeder GAIN‐Knopf passt die Verstärkungsstufe am entsprechenden Eingangssignal an. Wenn Sie  den Knopf bis zum Anschlag im Uhrzeigersinn drehen (MAX), wird die maximale Verstärkungsstufe  eingestellt; wenn Sie ihn bis zum Anschlag gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen (MIN), wird die  Verstärkungsstufe auf ein Minimum/stumm eingestellt.    MIC/LINE‐Schalter EINGANG 1, EINGANG 2  Stellen Sie die Schalter entsprechend den am EINGANG 1 und EINGANG 2 angeschlossenen Geräten  ein. Falls beispielsweise ein Mikrofon an EINGANG 1 angeschlossen ist, setzen Sie den Schalter auf  MIC. Falls ein Mischpult oder eine akustische/elektrische Gitarre angeschlossen ist, setzen Sie den  Schalter auf LINE.    SIGNAL/CLIP‐Anzeige  Jeder der Eingänge hat eine LED, die den Status des eingehenden Audiosignals anzeigt ‐ grün  bedeutet gut, rot bedeutet Clipping. Die Anzeige wird bei Clipping des Audiosignals rot und Sie  müssen Einstellungen vornehmen, damit sich der Verstärker nicht abschaltet oder die Klangqualität  nachlässt.  (D)   Anschlüsse EINGANG 1 und EINGANG 2  Ein Kombinationseingang an jedem Kanal ermöglicht sowohl XLR‐ als auch ¼‐Zoll‐TRS‐Kabeltypen.    ANSCHLUSS EINGANG 3  Ein Paar unsymmetrischer ¼‐Zoll‐TRS‐Eingänge wird an diesem Kanal für Stereoverbindungen, wie  ein Keyboard oder Mediengerät, bereitgestellt. Geräte mit Cinch‐Ausgängen können diese  Eingänge mit einem geeigneten Kabel oder Zwischenstecker nutzen. Beide Eingänge an diesem  Kanal werden zu einem Monosignal summiert.  28   ...
  • Page 29     Ausgänge THRU 1 und THRU 2  Die symmetrischen XLR‐Ausgänge THRU 1 und THRU 2 sind Parallelverbindungen zu den  entsprechenden EINGANG 1 und EINGANG 2. Die Pegelanpassung von EINGANG 1 und EINGANG 2  wirkt sich nicht auf das Signal an der Direktausgabeverbindung aus.  (G) MIX‐Ausgang  Diese Verbindung bietet eine Ausgabe, der alle drei Eingangskanäle zur Verbindung mit einem  weiteren CVX‐Aktivlautsprecher oder einem Aufnahmegerät kombiniert. Diese Ausgabe wird durch  Änderungen am MAIN‐LEVEL‐Knopf nicht beeinträchtigt; allerdings wirken sich Einstellungen der  GAIN‐Knöpfe der einzelnen Kanäle auf sie aus.    (H) MAIN‐LEVEL‐Knopf und externe Lautstärkeregelung  Sie sollten die Lautstärke vor erstmaligem Einschalten auf das Minimum einstellen. Die Lautstärke  kann auf zwei Weisen angepasst werden. Drehen Sie den MAIN‐LEVEL‐Knopf zum Erhöhen der  Lautstärke im und zum Verringern der Lautstärke gegen den Uhrzeigersinn. Alternativ können Sie  die Lautstärke per Fernsteuerung regeln. Ein abnehmbarer dreipoliger Anschluss kann über weite  Entfernungen mit einem externen Lautstärkeregler mit entsprechendem Anschluss verbunden  werden.    ANZEIGEN  Drei Anzeigen informieren über den Betriebszustand:  Die POWER‐Anzeige (grün) leuchtet, wenn der CVX‐Lautsprecher mit Strom versorgt wird und über den Hauptschalter  eingeschaltet ist.  Die CLIP‐Anzeige (gelb) leuchtet, wenn der CVX‐Lautsprecher die Tonausgabe zur Vermeidung von Lautsprecherschäden  automatisch reduziert. Während der CVX‐Lautsprecher Ton erzeugt, sollten Sie die Lautstärke so weit reduzieren, dass die  CLIP‐Anzeige nicht leuchtet. Eine fortwährende Benutzung des CVX‐Lautsprechers bei leuchtender Anzeige kann dazu führen,  dass das Gerät den Schutzmodus aufruft, in dem kein Ton produziert wird. Beachten Sie, dass die Anzeige bei erstmaliger  Einschaltung blinkt. Dies ist völlig normal.  Die PROTECT‐Anzeige (rot) leuchtet, wenn sich der CVX‐Lautsprecher automatisch in einen Zustand versetzt, in dem die  Tonausgabe abgeschaltet ist. Dieser Zustand kann durch übermäßige Beanspruchung, zu hohen Temperaturen oder geringe  Spannung auftreten. All diese Zustände können das Produkt erheblich beschädigen.    ANGEPASSTE FUNKTIONEN UND MERKMALE  MAIN‐/MONITORMODUS  Der Aktivlautsprecher CVX‐10/CVX‐15 hat einen Schalter zur Auswahl des Betriebsmodus: MAIN  oder MONITOR. MAIN sollte verwendet werden, wenn der Lautsprecher vertikal an eine  Lautsprecherstange montiert ist. MONITOR sollte verwendet werden, denn der Lautsprecher  horizontal auf dem Boden steht. ...

  • Page 32     GARANTIE  Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für ein Produkt von Cerwin‐Vega (ein Produkt der Gibson‐Familie) entschieden haben.  Ihre Zufriedenheit ist für uns sehr wichtig. Wir stehen voll und ganz hinter der Qualität unserer Arbeit und freuen uns, dass Sie uns vertrauen. Mit  der Registrierung Ihres Geräts gewährleisten Sie, dass Sie stets über unsere neuesten Innovationen informiert sind.    FÜR AUßERHALB DER USA VON EINER AUTORISIERTEN GIBSON PRO AUDIO VERTRETUNG GEKAUFTE GERÄTE WENDEN SIE SICH BITTE AN IHRENFACHHÄNDLER,  UM DIE GARANTIE ZU REGISTRIEREN UND UM GARANTIEANSPRÜCHE ANZUMELDEN.    Gibson Pro Audio Garantie ‐ Bei Fehlfunktionen Ihres Gibson Pro Audio Produkts aufgrund von Fertigungs‐ oder Materialfehlern repariert  Gibson Pro Audio oder eines der autorisierten Kundendienstzentren von Gibson Pro Audio in den USA das Problem oder tauscht das Gerät nach  eigenem Ermessen aus.    Cerwin‐Vega  Fünf (5) Jahre für alle passiven Lautsprechersystemen.  Drei (3) Jahre für alle aktiven Lautsprechersystemen.  Drei (3) Jahre für alle Mischer.    Gibson garantiert alle Austauschteile und Reparaturen für neunzig (90) Tage ab Versand. Für den außergewöhnlichen Fall, dass Ihr Gerät  zerstört, verloren oder reparaturunwürdig beschädigt wird, während es sich bei Gibson oder einem der autorisierten Kundendienstzentren von  Gibson Pro Audio befindet, tauscht Gibson das Gerät gegen ein gleiches oder annähernd gleiches Gerät bis zum Wert des Originalgeräts aus.  Versicherungen für das Gerät, einschließlich, nicht jedoch darauf beschränkt, eine Sammlerversicherung, werden vom Eigentümer auf eigene  Kosten getragen. Für schnellste und sichere Rücklieferung benutzen Sie bitte die Original‐Verpackungsmaterialien für den Versand. Gibson  übernimmt keine Haftung für Transportschäden aufgrund schlechter oder unzureichender Verpackung.    DIESE GARANTIE DECKT NUR DEN ERSTBESITZER AB UND IST NICHT AUF SPÄTERE BESITZER ÜBERTRAGBAR. ZUR VALIDIERUNG IHRER GARANTIE UND ALS  GARANTIEBEDINGUNG MÜSSEN SIE IHRE GARANTIE INNERHALB VON FÜNFZEHN (15) TAGEN NACH DEM KAUF REGISTRIEREN. IHR KAUFBELEG MUSS ALLE  GARANTIEANSPRÜCHE BEGLEITEN.    Die Garantie unterliegt den folgenden Einschränkungen: DIESE GARANTIE DECKT NICHT: 1. Geräte, die verändert oder modifiziert wurden oder  auf denen die Seriennummer manipuliert oder verändert wurde. 2. Geräte, deren Garantiekarte geändert oder mit falschen Informationen  ausgefüllt wurde. 3. Geräte, die aufgrund unsachgemäßer Benutzung, Fahrlässigkeit oder Fehlbedienung beschädigt wurden.  4. Geräte, die durch Unfall, Überflutung, Feuer, Gewitter oder höhere Gewalt beschädigt wurden. 5. Transportschäden aller Art.  6. Geräte, die extremer Luftfeuchtigkeit oder Temperatur ausgesetzt waren. 7. Geräte, die von einem nicht autorisierten Händler gekauft wurden  oder an denen unbefugte Reparatur‐ oder Wartungseingriffe erfolgten.    GIBSON GIBT KEINE DARÜBER HINAUS GEHENDE GARANTIE. ALLE IMPLIZIERTEN GARANTIEN, EINSCHLIEßLICH DER GARANTIE DER  MARKTGÄNGIGKEIT UND EIGNUNG FÜR EINEN BESTIMMTEN ZWECK ÜBER DIE SPEZIFISCHEN BESTIMMUNGEN DIESER GARANTIE HINAUS, WERDEN HIERMIT  ABGELEHNT UND AUS DIESER GARANTIE AUSGESCHLOSSEN. EINIGE LÄNDER LASSEN DEN AUSSCHLUSS ODER DIE EINSCHRÄNKUNG IMPLIZIERTER GARANTIEN  NICHT ZU, SODASS OBIGES FÜR SIE MÖGLICHERWEISE NICHT ZUTRIFFT. ...
