Cleaning
You may clean the Reader using a damp cloth . Gently wipe the exterior of
the Reader and allow to air dry .
CAUTION: Do NOT place the Reader in water or other liquids .
Avoid getting dust, dirt, water, or any other substance in the
USB port .
Maintenance
The FreeStyle Libre Pro Flash Glucose Monitoring System has no
serviceable parts .
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with all applicable local
regulations related to the disposal of electronic equipment, batteries,
sharps, and materials potentially exposed to body fluids .
Contact Customer Service for further information on the appropriate
disposal of system components .

Troubleshooting

This section lists problems or observations that may occur, the possible
cause(s), and recommended actions . If the Reader experiences an error, a
message will appear on the screen with directions to resolve the error .

Reader Does Not Power On

Problem What It May Mean
Reader does not Reader battery is
power on after too low .

temperature range .
If the Reader still does not power on after trying these steps, contact
Customer Service .
What To Do
Charge the Reader .
Move the Reader to a
temperature between 50 °F
and 113 °F and then try to
power it on .
