DO NOT OVERCOOK
POTATOES. At the end of the
recommended
cooking
time they should
be
slightly
firm. Wrap in foil
and set aside for 5 minutes.
They will finish cooking
while standing.
If your electric
power
line
voltage
is less than the
normal
120 volts, cooking
times may be longer.
