How do you Reset and Factory Reset?
Do the following.
Setting > Backup and Reset >Reset > Phone Reset > Delete All
For Phone Reset, choose the internal memory checkbox, and the data on the internal
memory will be deleted as well.

I want to change the bell sound.
Change the bell sound under the 'Setting. ' Or you can use SD-card-based sound
sources.
Do the following.
1. Go to Setting >Sound > 'Sound Setting' and set the sound on.
2.Choose various bell sounds under the 'Phone Bell Sound' menu.
