Power On sequence of P350 is :
Power key press TP1 go to low
TP5(C541), TP6(C546) power ON
START
Battery voltage higher than
3.70V(OCV)?
Yes
TP1 or TP9 hight to
low when key pness?
Yes
TP, TP3, TP4, TP5
TP6, TP7 power up?
Yes
is clock OK?
TP8: 19.M/TP10:3.768kHz
Yes
Redownload SW image
LGE Internal Use Only
PM7540 Power Up TP3(C525), TP7(C526), TP2(C527), TP4(C542),
Phone booting and TP9(D501) go to High
No
Change or charging the Battery
No
Check correctly working powerkey

Change the Main board
