PAM control signal
W_PA_ON must be HIGH (over 2.6V)
WCDMA_PA_R0 (WCDMA_900_ON(C218), WCDMA_2100_ON(C219)

PAM IN/OUT Signal :
When PAM is under the operation of high power mode (WCDMA_PA_R0(C142):Low),
PAM OUT power must be over 21 dBm PAM IN power must be under 10 dBm
PAM IN/OUT Signal :
When PAM is under the operation of high power mode (WCDMA_PA_R0(C142):Low),
PAM OUT power must be over 21 dBm PAM IN power must be under 10 dBm
