3.8.1 Dual SIM controller(MT6306, U202)
General Description

The MT6306 is a SIM card / GPIO control chip optimized for GSM handsets, especially those based on the MediaTek
MT6xx system solution. It supports up to four SIM interfaces or 1 GPIOs plus six GPIs. Each SIM interface can be
individually programmed as GPIOs. The SIM interface supports both 1.8V and 3V SIM cards. An IC interface is used to
control SIM channel individually.
The MT6306 is available in 8-pin 4mm x 4mm QFN package. The operating temperature range is from -5°C to +85°C.
