SIM Unlock Phone

SIM unlock phone
The SIM subsidy unlock code allows the device to use a SIM card from another wireless carrier. This may
be necessary when traveling internationally. To enter the SIM subsidy unlock code, follow these steps:
Important: Stop if you receive an error message. The device may lock permanently if you enter the
incorrect code multiple times.
1. From the Start screen, tap the T-Mobile tile.
2. Tap the Keypad icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. Verify the IMEI by entering *#06#.
4. Contact Customer Care to request the Mobile Device Unlock code for your phone.
5. Turn on the phone with the non-T-Mobile SIM card. The device displays 'Please input unlock
code.'
6. The phone displays a screen to enter the unblock code.
7. Enter the unlock code. If successful, the device displays 'Phone is unlocked.'
8. Stop if you receive an error message. The device may lock permanently if the incorrect code is
entered multiple times.
Language
Change language
To change the language of the device and menus, follow these steps:
1. Swipe left on the start screen.
2. Scroll down to and tap Settings.
3. Scroll down to and tap language.
4. Tap add languages.
5. Select the desired language.
6. The device may require a restart to add the new language.
