Fuel tank - Drain water
Water separator - Drain water
Bolts and nuts on the engine - Retighten
Engine oil, Oil filter and Bypass oil filter - Replace
It is recommended to check the engine oil characteristics at the same time.
The oil filters must be replaced when the filter alarm lights.

Valve clearance - Inspect and Adjust
(Check valve mechanism at the same time.)
Fuel filter - Replace
Water separator - Inspect and Replace
Gauze filter - Clean
V-belt and belt tension - Inspect and Adjust
Fuel tank - Drain water (Replace parts as necessary)
Valve clearance - Inspect and Adjust
(Check valve mechanism at the same time.)
Fuel injection timing - Inspect and Adjust
Fuel injection nozzle - Nozzle tip replacement (Check the spray condition
and adjust the fuel injection pressure after replacement)
Checking Movement of the Rack (during operation) of the fuel injection
pump (including the governor)
Fuel pipe - Inspect
Oil pipe - Inspect
Top end of the engine - Overhaul
Remove the cylinder head, and inspect and service the combustion cham-
bers.
Turbocharger - Inspect
Damper - Inspect
Starter - Inspect
Protection devices operation - Inspect
Unit seal and Oil seal of water pump - Replace
Checking LLC concentration level in the coolant
