Bolts and Nuts on the Engine Exterior - Retighten
The oil filters must also be replaced when the filter alarm light is turned on.
Engine Oil, Oil Filter and Bypass Oil Filter - Replace
Engine oil analysis is also recommended at the same time.
The oil filters must be also replaced when the filter alarm lamp is turned on.
Valve Clearance - Inspect and Adjust
(Check valve mechanism at the same time.)
Fuel Tank - Drain Water
(Replace Parts As Needed) *1
Valve Clearance - Inspect and Adjust
(Check valve mechanism at the same time.)
Fuel Injection Timing - Inspect and Adjust
Checking Movement of the Rack (during operation) of the fuel injection
Fuel Injection Nozzle - Nozzle Tip Replacement (Check the spray condition
and adjust the fuel injection pressure after replacement)
Top-End Engine - Overhaul
Remove the cylinder head, and perform inspection and maintenance around
the combustion chamber.
Turbocharger - Inspect
Damper - Inspect
Starter - Inspect
Protection System - Inspect
Unit Seal and Oil Seal of water pump - Replace
LLC Concentration Level in the Coolant - Check
