To remove:
1. Remove the cap and setscrew (A).
2. Remove the setscrews (B), (C) from the top cover.
3. Lift up the top cover and unlock the tab of top cover from the face cover, and then remove the face
cover.
To attach:
4. Follow the above procedure in reverse.
