(C) 100Ω ¼ watt resistor added from 5V STB (Pins 9 ~ 12)
to RL ON (Pin 19) closes relay RL101 and RL103 turning on the 17V and 12V Supplies.
(D) 100Ω ¼ watt resistor added from 5V STB (Pins 9 ~ 12) to M5 ON (Pin 21) brings the M5V (P811
pins 9, 10) line high.
(E) 100Ω ¼ watt resistor added from 5V STB (Pins 9 ~ 12) to VS ON (Pin 20) brings the VA and VS
(P811 pins 1 and 2 Vs and Pins 6 and 7 Va) Lines high
