Power on the attached storage expansion enclosures and the DS4800

Review the controller firmware, ESM and storage manager host
software requirements. Obtain the required code if needed.

Install the DS4000 Storage Manager 9.16 host software on the
management workstation (for out-of-band management) or on the
host (for in-band management). Use the DS4000 Storage Manager
software to verify the configuration.
