    Operating Systems The DSL-526E uses an HTML-based web interface for setup and management. The web configuration manager may be accessed using any operating system capable of running web browser software, including Windows 98 SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista.

    Installing the USB Driver The CD-ROM shipped with the Router contains the USB driver software. Insert the DSL-526E CD-ROM into the CD drive. Within a few seconds you should see a window that offers the following options: View Manual, View QIG, Install Acrobat Reader, Technical Support, Quick Installation and Exit.

    Device Installation The DSL-526E has three separate physical interfaces, an ADSL (WAN), an Ethernet (LAN) interface and a USB Interface. The Router can be connected to your PC via the USB port or the Ethernet port. Place the Router in a location where it can be connected to the various devices as well as to a power source.
