In the IP Office Manager configuration tree, open the Extension folder:

Click the Extn tab:

Click on the IP telephone extension to verify that it is correct:

Click OK:

Verifying the Direct Media Path
Use this procedure to verify that Allow Direct Media Path is enabled.

Verify that Allow Direct Media Path is checked:
