4.1 Troubleshooting
Problem
I do not want to display a number which
is stored in memory.
I want to confirm my extension number.
The date and time are not correct.
The display is not shown well.
I want to distinguish the tones.

Remedy
• Conceal the number.
( Storing Names and Numbers, 3.1.3 Customizing
the Buttons)
• ( Your Extension Number in 1.1.1 Before
Operating the Telephones)
• Set the date and time by system programming.
( Date & Time [000] in 3.3.2 System
Programming)
• Change the Display contrast level.
( 3.1.2 Settings on the Programming Mode)
• ( To distinguish the ringing tones for each CO,
INTERCOM or G-DN button (Digital proprietary
telephone only), 3.1.3 Customizing the Buttons)
• Another extension left you a message waiting
indication while you were on the phone or away
from your desk.
