Operating Your Remote Control

Remove the Plastic Strip from the Remote Control
Remove the plastic strip from the battery if the
battery is being used for the rst time. It is located at
the bottom rear of the remote control.
Battery Replacement for the Remote Control
The remote control requires a CR2025, 3V Lithium battery.
1. Slide and hold the battery release tab
in the direction of the arrow.
2. Pull out the battery holder and
remove the old battery.
3. Replace with a new battery.
4. Insert the battery holder back into the
remote control.

Speaker Connection

Connect the speaker cables at the back of the speakers to the SPEAKER (L/R)
Sockets at the rear of the unit.

General Operation

Powering ON/OFF
When you rst connect the unit to the mains socket, the unit will be in
STANDBY mode.
• Press on the unit or the remote control to switch the unit to ON mode.
to switch the unit back to STANDBY mode. The Power LED

indicator will light up red.
• Disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket if you want to switch
the unit o completely.
Selecting Modes
Press MODE repeatedly to switch between DAB, FM, CD, BT LINK and AUX
modes.
Adjusting the Volume
• Turn the VOLUME +/– dial on the unit or press VOLUME +/– on the
remote control to adjust the volume.
• If you wish to turn the sound o , press MUTE on the remote control. Press
MUTE again to resume normal listening.

Connecting to the Mains Supply

1. This unit is designed to operate with an AC power supply.
2. Connecting the unit to any other power source may cause damage to the
unit. Unwind the mains cable to its full length. Connect the mains plug to a
mains socket. Make sure the mains plug is fully inserted into the mains
socket. The unit is now connected and ready to use.
3. To switch the unit o completely, unplug the mains plug from the mains
socket.
