License Agreement and Warranty
Amazon.com LLC and/or its affiliates ("Amazon") makes the
Amazon Kindle ("Product") available to you ("You") subject to
the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). THIS IS A
LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND AMAZON.
CAREFULLY READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS
AGREEMENT BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT. BY USING
THE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS
AGREEMENT. If you do not agree with these terms, you may
return the Product, with all original packaging by contacting
Customer Service at the number given below within thirty (30)
days of your purchase.
You agree not to use the Product in any unlawful manner, or to
modify, disassemble or attempt to reverse engineer Product or
any software contained in the Product. You acknowledge that
the sale of the Product to You does not transfer to You title or
ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Product.
ALL RIGHTS NOT EXPRESSLY GRANTED HEREUNDER
ARE RESERVED TO AMAZON AND ITS LICENSORS.
You understand that any digital content downloaded to the
device may be subject to separate license terms and/or fees.
Amazon and its suppliers do not guarantee the availability of
any wireless connectivity, or wireless accessibility of any
content. Amazon may offer future versions of the Product, or
other products and services that may not be compatible with
this Product. The Product is for personal and not commercial
use. You may not use the Product or any related services as a
modem or networking device in connection with other
equipment. Amazon may cease to offer, or may adjust
charges, if any, associated with wireless connectivity at
anytime.
